This past March, Palmetto Dental Continuing Education proudly hosted its Heavenly Dental CE & Ski event in Lake Tahoe, and it exceeded expectations in every way. From meaningful learning sessions to unforgettable moments on the slopes, the event truly captured what makes our programs unique.
Held from March 5–7, 2026 at Marriott’s Grand Residence Club in Lake Tahoe , the gathering brought together dentists from across the country for a shared experience centered on growth, connection, and balance.
